1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the sengtoto.vin website, the sengtoto mobile app for Android and iOS, and all related digital services operated by sengtoto.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the sengtoto platform.
• "Company" refers to the operator of the sengtoto platform and all related entities.
• "Service" covers all games, wagering, promotions, and other features available on the sengtoto platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account for wagering activities or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free cash, free spins, or other benefits granted by sengtoto to members through promotional programs.

This agreement applies to all users of the sengtoto platform without exception, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, although certain sections of these terms apply exclusively to registered members.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the sengtoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration. sengtoto strictly prohibits individuals who are underage from using this platform in any capacity.
• Being legally competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not residing in a region or country where the use of the sengtoto platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Never having had an account suspended or closed by sengtoto for previous terms violations.
• Acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, company, or other entity.

3 Account Registration and Management

Account registration at sengtoto is free and can be done through our official website or mobile app. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. sengtoto strictly prohibits the submission of false or misleading information in any registration form.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or any other method — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other party.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account — all activities carried out through your account are your responsibility.
• Notifying sengtoto immediately via customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that the personal information in your account is always kept up to date and accurate.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Sengtoto supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. All financial transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your data.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page.

Sengtoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all sengtoto bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility requirements stated in each offer.
• Each bonus has a validity period that must be met — bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Sengtoto reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated wins if promotional abuse is found to have occurred.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

6 Wagering Rules and Platform Usage

All wagering activity on the sengtoto platform is subject to the respective game rules available on each game's page. In addition, the following general rules apply to all wagering activity:

• The outcome of all games on sengtoto is determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
• Any wager that has been confirmed and accepted by the system is final and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• Sengtoto reserves the right to void bets and wins arising from technical errors, system interruptions, or software malfunctions.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

Use of the sengtoto platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automated software — the use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to automate betting activity is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud and manipulation — any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or defraud the sengtoto system.
• Money Laundering — using the sengtoto platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities is a serious criminal offence.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other players to abuse the promotions system.
• Technical disruption — any attempt to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt the normal operations of the sengtoto platform.
• Inappropriate conduct — insulting, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward sengtoto customer support staff.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Sengtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from authorities. In the event of account closure:

• If closure is at the member's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, any valid balance will be returned to the member following a review.
• If closure is due to a breach of terms, sengtoto reserves the right to forfeit all balances including any pending unwithdrawn winnings.
• Members may request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting sengtoto customer support.
• For responsible gaming purposes, members may apply for self-exclusion through account settings or customer support.

9 Personal Data Protection

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and any disputes arising from the use of the sengtoto platform are subject to the laws applicable to the company's operations. In the event of any dispute between a member and sengtoto:

• Members are encouraged to contact the sengtoto customer support team first to resolve any disputes amicably.
• Sengtoto is committed to investigating every complaint transparently and providing a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties may refer the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
• Game outcomes determined by the RNG system and verified by an independent third party are final and cannot be disputed.
